Your exact age is treated as private profile information and is not displayed as part of your public XOXO Avenue profile. Other profile information you choose to provide may be used to help people discover your profile and connect with you.

XOXO Avenue handles content and activity you create on the service, including posts, comments, replies, photos, videos, likes, follows, mentions and other interactions. Content you post for the XOXO Avenue community may be visible to other users.

XOXO Avenue also supports saved posts, blocking and reporting. Saved posts are private to your account. Blocking information is used to apply your blocking choices. Reports are used to help review safety or community concerns.

4. Private messages

XOXO Avenue allows users to send direct messages and supported media to one another. Direct messages are intended to be private between the sender and recipient and are handled separately from public posts.

5. How XOXO Avenue uses information

Information may be used to operate XOXO Avenue, authenticate accounts, display profiles and content, provide search and discovery features, deliver messages and notifications, remember user choices, support social features such as follows and likes, respond to reports, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and improve the reliability and safety of the service.

For example, information you choose to include in your discoverable profile, posts, comments and community-related content may be visible to other users. Private features, such as saved posts and direct messages, are handled with access controls appropriate to those features.

XOXO Avenue allows users to share supported media and may allow links to communities or services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat or Discord. If you follow a link to another service, that service has its own privacy practices and terms. XOXO Avenue does not control how an external service handles information after you leave XOXO Avenue.

8. Service providers and infrastructure

XOXO Avenue uses third-party technology and infrastructure to operate the service, including Supabase for application services such as account, database and storage functionality, and Cloudflare for web hosting and delivery. Information necessary to operate XOXO Avenue may therefore be processed through these service providers as part of providing the service.

9. Security

XOXO Avenue uses technical access controls and other reasonable measures intended to protect account information and private features. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their passwords and be careful about the information they choose to share.

10. Age requirements

XOXO Avenue is intended for people aged 13 and older. XOXO Avenue does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If XOXO Avenue becomes aware that an account belongs to a child under 13, appropriate steps may be taken regarding the account and associated information.

XOXO Avenue provides tools that may allow users to report content or accounts and block other users. XOXO Avenue may review reported activity and may remove content, limit access or take action on accounts when necessary to protect the service, users or community.

XOXO Avenue may help users discover links or connections involving third-party services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat or Discord. XOXO Avenue is independent and is not affiliated with those services. Activity that takes place after you leave XOXO Avenue is subject to the rules and practices of the external service involved.

Use care when joining external groups, following links or sharing information with people you meet online.

8. Availability of the service

XOXO Avenue may change, improve, add, remove or temporarily interrupt features as the service develops. XOXO Avenue does not promise that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption.

Enforcement

XOXO Avenue may review reports and may remove content, restrict features or take action on accounts when activity violates these Guidelines, the Terms of Service or creates a significant safety concern.
